Perrysville—Edward North, 77, retired business man and life resident of Perrysville, died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in his home at Perrysville following a paralytic stroke. He had been ill the past 5 ½ months.

  Born Oct. 29, 1866 in Perrysville, he was the son of James and Rosetta North. He was married to Margaret Parsons in 1905.
  Mr. North was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge at Perrysville and the Elks Lodge at Danville.

  Surviving are the widow and a daughter, Mrs. Marian George, a teacher in Perrysville Grade School. Two children preceded him in death.

  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the home with the Rev. J. C. Whittington, pastor. Burial will be in Hicks Cemetery with Crumley & Son Funeral Home of Covington in charge. -s
